Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our clients while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong math skills, cash handling experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle cash management tasks, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about financial services available.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Up-sell bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the branch.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is preferred.
• Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in financial services or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by banking regulations.
• Speak fluent English and Mandarin

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm
Pay: CA$20.00-CA$21.00 per hour
