Team Global Inc. and M.S.M. Group – Merged

We are pleased to announce our merger with TEAM GLOBAL Inc. It took place officially effective January 8th, 2018. On that date our combined firm began conducting its practice as TEAM GLOBAL Inc./MSM GROUP.

We have decided to seek a merger with another firm because we believe that a larger organization will allow us to provide a wider array of services and more depth. TEAM GLOBAL Inc. shares the same values we do. We conducted an extensive search looking for an opportunity like this. TEAM GLOBAL Inc. exceeded our hopes for a firm we can combine with and continue the tradition we have for excellent service, deep expertise, and an environment our clients and associates want to be a part of.

There are several things we want to point out that will not change:

You will continue to work with the same people in our firm you have in the past. All our people are being retained in their current roles.
Our fee structure will not change.
The services we have provided you in the past will continue to be offered by the combined firm.
We will continue to operate from our current offices and two more offices of Team Global Inc. in Toronto and Scarborough (please refer to our contact information).
All the contact information for us will remain the same including the emails. The convention for those addresses is info@jobssite.ca.

If you have any questions about this exciting news and what it will mean for you, please contact any of us at any time. We look forward to introducing you to some of our new partners and associates.

Please also change your records to reflect our new company name and HST number.
