Warehouse Associate Job

Handles receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory, ensuring accuracy
and efficiency in a warehouse setting by managing stock, operating equipment like
forklifts, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe environment to
support the supply chain. Key duties involve unloading deliveries, organizing shelves,
scanning items, preparing orders, conducting inventory counts, and loading trucks,
requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

 Receiving & Storing: Unload shipments, inspect goods, compare against
purchase orders, and store items in designated locations.
 Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and
efficiently for shipment.
 Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct cycle counts, and
update stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS).
 Shipping: Prepare orders for dispatch, coordinate with carriers, and load trucks
safely.
 Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet
jacks, hand trucks) if certified.
 Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe,
disposing of materials properly.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

 Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
 Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Basic computer skills for inventory systems.
 Understanding and adherence to safety regulations

Rate: $17.60 – 21/hr
